HOW IT IS INJECTED |
The World Health
Organization (W.H.O) has reported that Nigerians are the highest users of
bleaching products: 77% of Nigerian women use bleaching products on regular
basis. Followed by Togo with 59%; South Africa with 35%; and Mali at 25%.
Issues have been have been aired out on bleaching cream over the past years but
the situation seems to be getting worse daily. The rate at which people bleach
now especially in Africa is increasing in an increasing rate. As a matter of
fact the bleaching products are advanced now, new products have been introduce
in the market now, I heard now, the reigning products for bleaching are the
whitening injections. This injection has been introduced into the Africa market
from Malaysia and the demand is very high in Nigeria especially. These
injections price ranges between $25 to $250.These whitening injections and its
related products are being advertised all over the media, most of our
celebrities especially the females have been accused of using such products, some
denied it but the truth showed in their complexion.
Please I didn’t mention any name oo, but if you want to know some these celebrities that have been accuse or that are bleaching you can check them online. Also am not advertising or encouraging these products, but I believe it should be condemn, because this is not part of us even though everyone has the right to do whatever he or she feels to but before you do so think about the kind of message you are sending to the incoming generations.
The Black skin is
not a badge of shame, but rather a glorious symbol of national greatness
(Marcus Garvey).
Big ups to Lupita Nyong’ o she is black and beautiful she didn’t
bleach to be recognized by the World…and she is indeed the most beautiful woman
in the world.
