Some Universities In Accra and What They Are Notable For...?(GOOD)part1

   I visited some of my friends in other universities in Accra, during my visit I decided to find out what the students of the university think about other universities, in each university visited, I ask five (5) students what comes into their mind when they hear the name of other universities. Although this work limited me to only Accra.

University of Ghana(Legon); is the premiere University in Ghana no doubt about that, it is a government university one of the best in Africa...Legon student are usually known with prides they walk with their shoulders high because they have all the facilities and resources of international standards for a University. This is the University that represents Ghana when it about tertiary education and most of their products occupy the government offices. Talk about anything, they are in being it entertainment, sports, business, economy etc.

Ghana Technology University College is one of the private Universities in Accra, It is not possible to talk about Information technology in Ghana and G.T.U.C is not mentioned, unless it not relating to tertiary education in Ghana. This is one of the best tertiary school when it comes to computer science programs especially Information Technology.

Central University College is one of the first private universities in Ghana...It is the premier private university in Ghana, the University is indeed one of the best universities in Africa, They have all the necessary equipment every university will need for quality educative work. The University is currently running almost every course. They are notable with their good morals, discipline and good academic performances.

Jayee University College is a private University in Ghana, currently the best private communication University in Ghana, the University is well notable with the kinds of skills their products are exhibiting in the communication sectors, and it is the only communication school in Ghana that their products are well trained and very oriented in web production. Jayee's Journalism and Public Relation students are exhibiting unique communication skills in their perspective job market in Ghana and around the world this tends the University to be the leading private University in communication in Ghana.

Ashesi University College is one of the best private Universities with best learning facilities and learning environment.  Strengthen in diversity,Ashesi is committed to fostering a campus community as diverse as Africa in ethnicity, nationality,religion, gender and economic background; they provide opportunities to connect with the global community. Ashesi provides new generation of ethical entrepreneurial leaders in Africa.

Ghana Institute of Journalism (G.I.J) is the premiere University of Journalism, and Advertisement. G.I.J is a government tertiary Institution that is notable for Journalism and other communication related courses. The University has produce great Journalist, Advertisers and Marketers, P.R personnel. It is the only government University specialized in Communication Studies in Ghana.

Regent University College is the leading private university in Computer Science and Engineering related courses. The university has different campuses within Accra. Talk technology and Engineering in private institution, then you talking about Regent University College.

African University College of Communication (A.U.C.C) is another reigning private communication University in Ghana. The University provides quality products in the communication sector, and their products are really making it in the media and other related fields. A.U.C.C has lot of communication centers that will provide their students with quality and innovative ideas and skill. Indeed it is one of the best of its kind in Ghana.

Regional Maritime University is the country's leading producers of Marine experts, promoting maritime co-operation and full participation among Member States; It is one of the best marine international institutions in Africa if not the best. RMU train students from all over Africa, they provide adequate training facilities with a view to promoting the administrative, managerial, operational and technical skills of shore-based shipping and ports personnel;

Wisconsin International University is one of the private universities in Accra, Wisconsin is mostly dominated by foreign students especially Nigerians. The university provides quality academic services, good students and trains their students to meet the demand for business oriented organizations
