Jon Germain

Jon Germain aka The Supremo is a Ghanaian award winning TV anchor, a Pop/Rock/RnB singer and a songwriter. Jon was the lead singer of the UK Rock band VAN GREENE and MGKK 4 in Ghana,  released his first album titled THIS IS WHO I AM...after he broke away from UK Rock Band VAN GREENE. This album unveiled Jon’s music talent...because he was only known and  associated has a TV anchor in Metro TV and a radio presenter at Xfm, little did we know that we have one of the best Pop-singer on planet earth coming from West Africa Ghana.
THIS IS WHO I AM album was nominated for MOST GIFTED RnB by CHANNEL O AWARDS 2010, BEST POP by SOUNDCITY MUSIC AWARDS 2010, RECORD OF THE YEAR Ghana Music Awards, Won DISCOVERY OF THE YEAR, 4 syte Music Awards Africa and recently nominated for Voters Choice Song of the Year award at MOAMAS held in New York, USA.

After releasing this album on I Contact GH records, Jon Germain was spotted by Los Angeles based record label WORLDVUER MUSIC www.worldvuermusic.com, and within days was signed to Worldvuer Music. A few weeks after Worldvuer Music secured a deal with EMI Records Los Angeles for Jon Germain. A few months ago Worldvuer music broke ties with EMI and signed a new distribution deal for their entire artist including Jon Germain with Sony Red, through legendary American producer VASAL Benford.
Jon gain global attention when multiple Grammy award winning rock singer Chris Martin mentioned he likes a song titled Quiver on Jon's THIS IS WHO I AM ALBUM. This gave the album and it hit single IN MY HEAD so much airplay all over the world as well as in faraway china, when a chinese website yooku.com paid tribute to what they called a masterpiece and thousands of Chinese fans questioned if the song is by an African.
His newest single TELL ME was recently ranked the 8th Best ballad in the world, and also referred to as the next global star from Africa after Akon, by American Magazine THE ATLANTIC
Ladies Man aka Supremo
Jon Germain takes inspiration from Pop/Rock & RnB icons such as Michael Jackson, Bon Jovi, Bryan Adams, Richard Marx, Michael Bolton, Frankie Paul, Peter Cetera and Bruce Hornsby.
The ladies man has most African fans calls him due to, his numerous female fans around the world. He has been listed has one of the best well dressed celebrities in Africa .He is the host of ALLO TIGO the number one entertainment TV show in Ghana now that nobody want to miss. Jon Germain once again has put the country on the map when two of his songs “Quiver” and “Holding On” made it on the track listing of a highly anticipated Hollywood movie. The movie “And There Was You “Hollywood movie which feature stars like Garcelle Beauvais of “White House Down” and Kate Nuata of “Transporter 2, Brain White of “The Cabin in The Woods”, “Good Deeds” and “Stomp The Yard”, Jim Iyke and was directed by Ghanaian movie director Leila Djansi and also produced Garcelle Beauvais.
